Our mission is to provide high-quality products and outstanding customer service to motorcycle enthusiasts throughout the country.Role Overview: We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Customer Support Agent who has a strong understanding of motorcycles and accessories. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with tracking updates, delivery-related concerns, and general product inquiries.Key Responsibilities:Provide prompt and professional customer support via phone, email, and chat.Share order tracking updates and resolve delivery-related issues.Handle post-sales support, including returns, exchanges, and complaint resolution.Offer accurate information about our wide range of motorcycle parts and accessories.Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.Requirements:Sound knowledge of motorcycles, parts, and accessories is a must.Fluency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam (spoken and written) is essential.Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the e-commerce sector.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service tools or CRM systems.What We Offer:Opportunity to work with a passionate, bike-loving team.Growth opportunities in a fast-growing e-commerce business.Flexible work environment.Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
