About the Role:ANP Consulting is seeking a Senior FP&A Techno Functional Professional for a Leadership Position with a strong background in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and experience in IT consulting. This role is pivotal in delivering high-impact, connected planning solutions across industries using modern EPM platforms such as Anaplan, Oracle, TM1, SAP SAC, Cognos, Pigment.As a key part of our EPM consulting team, you’ll be working closely with global clients to understand their business needs and deliver scalable, effective planning models.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end FP&A solution design and implementations for enterprise clientsGood knowledge on Three Way Financial StatementsTranslate client finance requirements into scalable planning models (OPEX, Revenue, P&L, Workforce, etc.)Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, IT, and business stakeholdersServe as a subject matter expert in financial planning tools, primarily Anaplan or other EPM toolsGuide junior consultants and ensure quality deliveryParticipate in client workshops, demos, and strategic planning sessionsSupport pre-sales activities and contribute to proposals, if requiredEnsure adherence to timelines and project deliverablesRequired Qualifications:7+ years of total professional experienceStrong functional knowledge in FP&A processes (OPEX, P&L, Workforce Planning)Must hold a CA, ACCA, CFA or MBA Finance qualification.Proven experience working in an IT consulting environmentExperience with EPM platforms – Anaplan (preferred), Oracle, TM1, SAP SAC, Cognos, Pigment, or any similar tool.Excellent communication skills and client-facing experienceComfortable working remotely with flexibility for international and domestic travelNotice period less than 45 days preferred.Preferred Skills:EPM Tools Design and Solution ExperienceExperience working with global teams across different time zonesKnowledge of data integrations and reporting toolsWhy Join Us?Remote-first, flexible work cultureOpportunity to work on high-impact projects with global clientsContinuous learning and professional developmentBe part of a fast-growing, forward-thinking consulting team focused on EPM innovation
