You will play a critical role in identifying top talent, managing end-to-end recruitment cycles, and collaborating with stakeholders in a fast-paced, startup environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for non-tech roles across multiple business units.Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver on recruitment targets.Use various sourcing strategies including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and campus hiring.Drive the candidate experience by ensuring seamless communication and timely updates.Maintain and update hiring dashboards, recruitment trackers, and reporting systems.Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to improve and streamline recruitment processes.Participate in employer branding and talent engagement initiatives.What We’re Looking For2-3 years of experience in non-tech hiring, preferably in a startup or high-growth company.Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Hands-on experience with sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and recruitment analytics.Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.Preferred QualificationsMBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.Prior experience hiring for roles in sales, marketing, operations, or customer success.Why Join Us?At Unacademy, you’ll be part of a purpose-driven team that’s shaping the future of education in India.
