McDonald’s has undertaken Global People Modernization and is using SAP Success Factors together with a Service Now Employee Engagement Platform to transform people practices in over 20 McDonald’s markets and global offices. Supporting this journey is a team of dedicated technical and functional solutions experts delivering fixes and enhancements at break-neck speed using Agile methodologies. We are searching for a QA Team Leader who is eager to take part in cultivating an environment where visibility, speed, quality, and innovation are at the forefront. The QA Lead is a key member of the Global People Modernization Sustain Organization who will lead a team of QA analysts and automation experts. The QA Lead will bring experience with regression and feature testing complex, multi-platform, global applications. The QA Lead will be a strong team leader, fostering growth, fun and camaraderie in the team. The QA Lead will be comfortable using Agile methodologies in a Product Centric organization. The QA lead will report to the Global People Modernization Sustain Operations Lead. Responsibilities & Accountabilities:Lead and manage the following activities:QA Process Documentation and team enablementExperience working with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Business Technology PlatformRegression suite development, automation and maintenanceLead SAP SuccessFactors release activities. Technology Consulting – QA Automation, CI/CD, Web, API, MobileQA Technology support & Guidelines on industry best practices, McDonalds applications, Data migration validation and testing strategyPerformance testing strategy and load test planning consultancyJira – Zephyr – Test Management Strategy, Guidelines and reviewQA Tools hands on experience – Tosca, Neoload, Github, CI/CD pipeline.QA Test Lab Servers and Infrastructure AdministrationQA Tools License Management & Tools vendor managementQA Best Practices & Process StandardizationConsultancy on Adoption of QA Dashboard reporting templateQA best practices in a multi-platform cloud environment. QA best practices with a global implementation, with complex country-specific localizations. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT QA, with at least 4 years in a QA managerial roleTosca automation experience is requiredQA Tools hands on experience – Tosca, Neoload, Github, CI/CD pipeline.Jira – Zephyr – Test Management Strategy, Guidelines and review.Preferred Qualifications:Professional certifications from ISTQB or equivalent are highly desirable.SAP SuccessFactors experience is highly desirable. Experience with testing employee self-service engagement application is highly desirable.
