We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic staffing firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing team activities, supporting daily operations, and ensuring smooth delivery of recruitment processes. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong understanding of staffing operations.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage day-to-day recruitment activities, ensuring timely delivery of hiring goals.Coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to facilitate seamless recruitment processes.Monitor team performance, provide operational support, and address any recruitment-related challenges.Maintain tracking systems and ensure accurate documentation of candidate pipelines.Assist with job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination.Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and ensure a positive candidate experience.Generate reports on hiring progress, team activity, and key recruitment metrics.Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and industry regulations.Qualifications & Requirements:2+ years of experience in recruitment coordination or talent acquisition support within a staffing firm.Experience handling large-scale recruitment projects and managing multiple stakeholders.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly for US-based hiring.Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.Ability to work effectively in a US shift schedule.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.Career growth and skill development in the staffing industry.Exposure to global recruitment operations.If you are a results-driven recruitment professional looking to make an impact in a high-energy staffing firm, we’d love to hear from you!
