Job Description

Job Responsibilities • Leverage social media listening tools to create timely research and report on consumer insights, trends, competitive analysis, product insights and emerging consumer tensions. Combine findings with other digital data sources, identify strategic recommendations and create persuasive presentations • Strategic partnership with stakeholders across business units to understand the business objectives and measurement requirements to help guide decisions, KPI measurements and provide insightful recommendations. • Advise and support social measurement, community & influencer effectiveness and sentiment analysis. • Develop strategic social reporting and analytics cadence by identifying key areas of measurements, optimizations & benchmarks. • Ability to tailor findings and provide insightful and actionable recommendations to executive level stakeholders leveraging efficient storytelling and visualization skills. • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and projects with ability to prioritize projects to meet deadlines. • Deep knowledge of social media metrics and analytics with expertise on native platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit & Twitch. Requirements & Qualifications: Required: o Minimum 5 years of experience social media analysis & Market Research skills Social Listening tools preferably Talkwalker, Branadwatch, Meltwater, and others Social Media publishing & analytics tools preferably Sprinklr, Hootsuite, etc. Ability to write Boolean queries to extract and manipulate data Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite – primarily with Excel and PowerPoint Logical bent of mind to read and understand the data Data analysis and Insights writing skills are a must Good to Have: Telecom research background. Experience with visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, etc. Knowledge with creating crawlers to capture web data and familiarity with NLP models for sentiment analysis.
