Job DescriptionVendor Risk Management: Manage day to day activities related Outsourcing that relates to selection, onboarding and periodic performance review of third party vendors. Ensure Vendors meet regulatory, compliance and security standards.Contract Management: Manage and review contracts to ensure that are aligned with Outsourcing requirements.Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all Outsourcing arrangements comply with RBI guidelines and applicable laws.Reporting and Documentation: Maintain through documentation of Outsourced activities to ensure audits and regulatory exams.Stakeholders Management: Work with Business Units to ensure all compliances related to outsourcing requirements completed. Participate in calls, meetings.DR (Disaster Recovery): Oversee the planning and execution of disaster recover processes to identify critical functions, assess potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies partnering with Business Units.Risk Assessment: Conduct regular BIA to identify critical business functions.Testing and Drills: Supervise, Oversee BCP and DR tests and drills.Incident Management: Manage the response to any business disruption as second line ensuring communication across stakeholders.Training and awareness: Create awareness, conduct trainings within team and within bank. Professional Qualifications: CA/ MBA or Graduates with 5 years’ experience. Risk related certification would be added advantage.
