The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing our bench consultants (H1B, GC, CPT, OPT, EAD, and US Citizens) to direct clients, implementation partners, and system integrators across the US IT market.You will play a key role in driving consultant placements, building new client/vendor relationships, and working closely with the recruiting and sales teams to ensure high-quality submissions and quick turnarounds.Required Skills & Experience:• 3+ years of proven experience in Bench Sales recruiting for the US IT market.• Strong understanding of US employment types (W2, 1099, C2C) and work authorization types.• Excellent knowledge of marketing H1B, GC, OPT, EAD, and US Citizen consultants.• Established network of vendor contacts and proven track record of successful placements.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.• Comfortable working in night shift (US hours).Benefits:• Competitive salary + performance-based incentives.• Opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team.• Exposure to a fast-paced, high-growth staffing environment.• Career advancement opportunitiesInterested can share your resume at giri@
