This role is ideal for professionals with 3+ years of experience who want to contribute to intelligent, scalable, and compliant payroll solutions in a fast-paced SaaS environment.  Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with HR and Payroll stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements • Understand statutory and regulatory compliance requirements in payroll (India/GCC preferred) • Create functional specifications, user stories, and process flows • Partner with technical teams to design and validate HR & payroll solutions • Analyze and enhance payroll processes to boost automation, accuracy, and scalability • Work on seamless integration of payroll with HR, finance, and IT systems • Support QA and UAT phases by defining test scenarios and assisting business users • Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure product adoption • Ensure product configurations meet evolving compliance regulations  Key Requirements • 3+ years of experience in business analysis • Must have experience with Payroll Systems, HRMS, or HCM platforms • Sound knowledge of hire-to-retire lifecycle, payroll operations, and statutory compliance • Strong in documentation (BRD, FRD), process modeling, and requirement gathering • Experience with leading platforms like Oracle HCM, SAP, or other SaaS/ERP systems • Proficient in tools like Excel, JIRA, Confluence, Word, or similar platforms • Excellent communication skills to bridge business and technical teams • Exposure to GCC or Indian payroll regulations is preferred • Experience in software product companies or at least one full-cycle implementation is a plus
