Their services include Business, Individual, State & Local tax, R&D Tax Credit, as well as Cost Segregation, International and Private Client services.As a Cost segregation professional, you will be reporting to the leader of the Cost Segregation practice and work alongside an integrated team of seasoned, well-known professionals and industry leaders. But our commitment goes beyond our clients as we continue to live the Withum Way, promoting personal and professional growth for all team members, clients, and surrounding communities.How You'll Spend Your Time:Analyzing construction general ledgers, contractor payment applications, and other cost/financial documentation, and reconciling the information to various accounting recordsReading, interpreting, and estimating take-off quantities from blueprints and other cost information provided by clientsPreparing schedules that support findings in accordance with IRS standardsMeeting client expectations by adhering to pre-established deadlinesRequirements:Post Graduate in construction management, electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering.Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal communication.Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Basic understanding of engineering and/or construction methods and terminology.Understanding with blueprint reading and plan takeoffs is beneficial.Ability to work on multiple engagements simultaneously and communicate as a team with the Domestic (US) engagement teams.Website: Withum will not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, marital status, genetic information, disability or because he or she is a protected veteran.
