Technology RecruiterEveryone needs money, but banks and NBFCs only lend to wealthier Indians. NIRA aspires to be the pre-eminent financial brand for India's mass market. A strong presence has already been established pan-India, with customers in over 5,000 towns and cities. We've still only scratched the surface of the opportunity before us, and so we're now building our team in preparation for our next phase of growth.We are looking for a dynamic Tech Recruiter to join the HR team at NIRA. This role will involve working closely with the engineering team & founders at NIRA.Overall experience required is 3+ years in technology hiring.You will be responsible to meet hiring goals in engineering and data science by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. This entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience.Responsibilities :Candidate sourcing: work with hiring managers to understand requirements and then actively search for qualified technical candidates using your initiative and various recruitment methods.Candidate Screening: conduct initial analysis to evaluate technical skills and fit for the open role.Candidate Presentation: prepare detailed candidate profiles and present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers.Technical Interview Coordination: schedule and manage technical interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders. Maintain contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications.Offer Negotiation: negotiate compensation packages with candidates and manage the offer process.Closing: maintain engagement with candidates to whom we've given offers and ensure they start on Day 1!Market Analysis: stay updated on current tech trends, salary benchmarks, and industry best practices.Essential Skills:Technical Expertise: awareness about quality sourcing pools for different programming languages, software development methodologies, and cloud computing platforms.Sourcing Strategies: posting on job portals is table-stakes in this space. What else can you do to find us the best candidates?Candidate Evaluation: Ability to learn & adapt quickly based on interviewer's feedback on rejections to improve success rate Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication to effectively interact with both technical candidates and hiring managers.Relationship Building: This is a people business. You must have the ability to build rapport with candidates and foster positive relationships throughout the recruitment process .
