You will maintain current customer accounts as well as develop new ones. You will track sales goals and look for new areas to expand sales, as well as coordinating and working with other sales team members.What you’ll do:Achieve sales target.Expand customer base by opening new accounts.Visit customers regularly as per the agreed visit plans.Monitor competitors’ activities and submit all the required reports to see the competitor prices & activities.Follow up on the Channel stock level at the trade and propose any needed actions to follow up on the sellout.Enhance the company's visibility by executing display plans with Signage & In-shop branding, as per Policy.Stick to the Payment/Commercial policy and ensure the collection of the market outstandingInitiate a solution for regular market problemsShould be updated with market intelligence & communicated to his supervisorsSet sales forecast for his area whenever needed.Monitor and analyze sales performance daily.Ensure maximum distribution to gain market share.Manage Distributor sales team performance using KPI’s.Develop existing business and create new business opportunities.Set weekly & monthly meetings with the ground sales force to review the business and plan for the next step.Ensure monitoring & delivering KPI’s of in-shop promoters & demonstratorsShould be thorough with the product knowledge & competition offering in the spaceShould be hands-on with the Product demo & prospect conversion, through sales pitch & demo.Should be comfortable in Excel to maintain & share data as per the format provided on a daily/weekly & monthly basis.Planning & executing regular ground level marketing activities like – Society demo, Live cooking activities by coordinating with Marketing team.Who are you:Ability to work under pressure & exhibits a High level of EnergyNegotiator/Engager – You have a demonstrated track record of being able to engage others around your ideas/suggestionsSelf-starter – You are enthusiastic and self-motivated & able to perform with minimal supervisionCommunicative – Strong verbal and writtenComputer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) are a MUST4-6 years' experience in sales, preferably handling multiple channels in FMCD/FMCG/Building materialBE/B.
