Qualifications & Skills: ● 5+ years of experience in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) with hands-on expertise in Real-Time CDP, Journey Orchestration, and Data Collection. ● 5+ years of experience in Martech, including customer segmentation, digital marketing, and personalization strategies. ● Strong analytical and documentation skills to translate business discussions into detailed technical requirements. ● Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). ● Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business, marketing, and development teams. ● Familiarity with data governance, privacy, and compliance within marketing technologies. ● Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly. Preferred Qualifications: ● Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and other Adobe Experience Cloud products. ● Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), Data Lakes, and Marketing Automation Tools. ● Certifications in AEP and Martech-related tools are a plus.
