Our focus primarily on the Hospitality and Healthcare sectors within the UK market.Job location: Kochi & TrivandrumKey Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound calls to UK-based employers to promote our permanent recruitment solutions. - Identify new business opportunities via job portals, social media, and LinkedIn, reaching out to decision-makers such as Directors and HR managers. - Understand the specific requirements of clients and recommend tailored recruitment solutions. - Negotiate salaries and terms of business with clients and candidates, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements, and finalizing placement details for successful hires. - Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.What You’ll Need:- Excellent communication skills in English, and proficiency in Hindi or Bengali for effective client and candidate engagement. - Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity in all interactions. - Possess a competitive and entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to achieving results. - Resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. - Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities. - Minimum of 2 years' documented experience in tele sales within an international BPO environment, preferably UK-based B2B outbound sales.Schedule:- UK shiftJob Types: Full-timePermanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
