Job Title: Senior General Manager – AdmissionsLocation: Lucknow CampusDepartment: AdmissionsReports to: Director – Admissions / Honorable Chancellor SirExperience Required: 15+ years in admissions or education sector leadership, with at least 3–5 years in a senior managerial roleRole Overview:The Senior GM – Admissions will be responsible for leading and managing the overall admissions strategy, operations, and team performance for the Lucknow campus. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities and a deep understanding of student recruitment, enrolment processes, team management, and market outreach.Key Responsibilities: Admissions Strategy & Planning- Develop and implement annual admission plans aligned with university goals. - Set admission targets, monitor performance metrics, and drive conversions. Team Leadership- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Zonal Managers, Regional Officers, and Counsellors. - Conduct regular training and performance reviews to ensure high productivity. Student Recruitment- Oversee the planning and execution of outreach programs, school/college connect drives, and admission events. - Ensure strong follow-up systems for leads and inquiries through CRM tools. Process Management- Supervise end-to-end admission processes including inquiry handling, application processing, and enrolment tracking. - Ensure timely and accurate reporting of admission data to senior leadership. Collaboration- Coordinate with academic departments, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations and student experience. - Represent the campus in admission meetings and national-level planning forums. Compliance & Quality- Ensure adherence to regulatory and institutional guidelines for admissions. - Monitor quality and consistency in student communication, counseling, and documentation.Key Skills & Competencies:- Strong leadership and people management skills - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Strategic planning and data-driven decision-making - Hands-on experience with CRM systems and admission tracking tools - High-level organizational and multitasking abilities - Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlinesInterested candidates can share CV on 8699692878.RegardsRiya SharmaSR.
