Job Description

Job ResponsibilitiesAs an Executive – Human Resources, you will play a vital support role in executing HR operations, ensuring compliance, and fostering a productive work environment. You are expected to uphold confidentiality, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and maintain a proactive approach to day-to-day HR tasks.1. Talent Onboarding- Facilitate smooth onboarding of new hires, including induction sessions, document collection, and orientation scheduling. - Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and provide regular hiring status reports.2. Employee Life Cycle Management- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS and physical files. - Coordinate confirmation, transfer, resignation, and exit formalities, ensuring timely documentation and clearance.3. Payroll & Attendance Support- Collate and verify monthly attendance, leaves, and shift schedules to support payroll processing. - Track employee absences, late arrivals, and leave balances. - Handle basic employee payroll queries and coordinate with the finance/payroll team as needed. - Help in preparing HR MIS reports and compliance summaries as required.4. Performance Management Support- Assist in the performance appraisal process by tracking timelines, collating evaluation data, and communicating with employees. - Maintain performance records and assist in goal-setting documentation.6. Employee Engagement & Welfare- Contribute to planning and organizing engagement initiatives, festive celebrations, employee recognition programs, and team-building events. - Gather feedback through surveys and informal channels to support a positive work environment.7. Employee Support & Grievance Handling- Act as the first point of contact for routine HR-related queries from employees. - Escalate concerns or grievances to the HR Manager with necessary documentation and context.8. General Administrative Support- Support other departments in HR-related coordination. - Assist the HR team in maintaining a clean and structured filing system, both digital and physical.Key Competencies Required- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Attention to detail and confidentiality - Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and HR software - Ability to multitask and meet deadlinesPost Graduate Degree is a must. Candidates with specialisation in HR will be preferred
