The role is onsite at Pune location.Responsibilities: Market Research Design and Insights: Possess an in-depth and hands-on understanding of various steps involved in market research project delivery Ability to analyze primary data to uncover trends, behaviors, and actionable insights. Translate research findings into strategic recommendations and discussions for internal stakeholders. Must have knowledge of statistical tools and software for data analysis as needed.Client Management: Support a leading global pharmaceutical client and internal stakeholders in an offshore setting. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business challenges and providing tailored research solutions. Communicate research findings and recommendations through clear and compelling presentations and reports. Build and maintain long-term client relationships.Project Management: Execute and improvise on the market research setup as per client requirements. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (vendors) to ensure project success. Monitor project performance and proactively address any challenges or risks.Industry Expertise and Innovation: Stay abreast of market trends, therapeutic areas, and regulatory developments in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Innovate research approaches and tools to enhance the quality and efficiency of deliverables.Qualification and skills: MBA Marketing with Graduation degree in Life Sciences or Pharmaceutics / MBA Pharma / M Pharma/ 10+ years of relevant job experience (both client and agency side experience preferred) Strong storyboarding skills Excellent analytical, communication, reporting, and presentation skills Understanding and experience of working in the US pharmaceutical market scenario is desirable A decent background knowledge around multiple therapy areas (specifically oncology) is an advantage Experience and know-how of programming questionnaires and developing discussion guides is desirable Adherence to client specific data privacy and compliance policies Should have a good understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies Hands-on experience in doing ATU, pricing, demand estimation, patient journey type of studies Proven track record of managing a team of market researchers Led project teams while delivering high quality research projects right from engaging the fielding agencies to project management to producing reports and generating insights Should be able to manage expectations of internal stakeholders (at client’s end) Flexible to deliver on quick turnaround projects Must have strong data analysis skills and the ability to generate actionable insights that help the client’s business strategy process Excellent story telling skills with ability to engage clients Demonstrate thought leadership and champion capabilities development internally
