Additionally, we support post-incorporation services such as bookkeeping, payroll, taxation, manpower planning, industrial real estate, secretarial documentation, audits, FDI compliances, and legal services.Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for aSenior Compliance & BIS Managerlocated in New Delhi. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the registration process for products with the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS). Daily tasks include preparing and submitting documentation of company's clients under various schemes,including FMCS, ISI, CRS , and other applicable standards, coordinating with testing laboratories, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining records. The role also involves liaising with clients and internal teams to facilitate the registration process.Additionally, the candidate shall be required toUndertake the responsibility of end-to-end product safety certifications such as Bureau of Indian Standards, Wireless Approvals, WPC, EWASTE. Oversee end-to-end implementation of BIS certification projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Assist international clients in understanding and navigating the BIS certification process for smooth market entry/operations. Conduct thorough documentation, application preparation and follow-ups for timely approvals. Establishing regular communication along with regulatory meetings to keep the team updated on the compliances. Coordinating with cross-functional teams and test labs for conducting tests regarding the quality and safety. Preparing accurate regulatory submissions to secure timely approvals in support of business initiatives Filling application ni particular portals for the certifications and deals for any query raised by a regulatory body Stay updated with changes in BIS, CDSCO, EPR regulations, industry standards and compliance requirements. Coordinate with clients, internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of certification projects. Provide advisory services on technical compliance and regulatory matters.Qualifications 4 - 6 years of experience in BIS certification, regulatory compliance or a related field. Strong network and liaisoning capabilities with BIS authorities and regulatory bodies. In-depth knowledge of BIS certification schemes (FMCS, CRS & Scheme X) across various industries. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail and accuracy Effective communication and interpersonal skills Experience in handling international clients, especially from Italy and other global markets. Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field is preferred.
