For more details on company, visit our website at.Location: Pune, MH, IndiaIndustry: Electronics / ManufacturingJob Summary We are looking for a highly motivated and technically proficient Director – Client Management / Account Management to lead client engagement and business growth within the electronics manufacturing sector. This role requires a unique combination of engineering acumen, strategic account oversight, and strong interpersonal skills to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.Key Responsibilities: Act as the senior liaison for key client accounts in the electronics and manufacturing space. Understand complex technical requirements and translate them into actionable plans with engineering and production teams. Develop and execute account strategies focused on long-term client success and profitability. Lead the client relationship throughout the product lifecycle — from prototype to full-scale manufacturing. Coordinate internal resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining quality standards and to evaluate and implement changes in proposed new regulations and to ensure that all current requirements are met Provide strategic input for product development based on client feedback and industry trends. Maintain Client Service levels, for dedicated clients, by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of information and work products Use MS Project to manage project timelines and deliverables; use MS Office Suite for communications, reporting, and presentations. Track KPIs and client satisfaction metrics to drive improvements in service delivery. Participate in RFQ/RFP processes, pricing negotiations, and contract renewals. Support marketing and sales initiatives with technical insights and presentations.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related technical field; MBA is a plus. 10+ years of experience in client-facing roles in electronics manufacturing or a related industry. Strong background in electronic components, manufacturing processes, and technical project management. Proven success in managing complex accounts and growing client relationships. Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce). Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and sales teams. Comfortable in fast-paced, high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments.Preferred Experience: Familiarity with ISO standards, lean manufacturing, and supply chain operations. Prior experience supporting OEMs or Tier 1/Tier 2 customers. Understanding of design-for-manufacturability (DFM) principles.
