We are looking for a passionate and drivenAssociate Product Manager (APM)to join the team buildingAirtel Xstream Play and IPTV Search Platform– the core of our content discovery and engagement experience. As an APM, you will work on cutting-edge problems at the intersection ofAI/ML, personalization, and user experience , helping millions of users find what they love to watch. You’ll collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and business stakeholders to define product requirements, drive execution, and measure impact. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone with a strong analytical mindset, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine interest in AI-driven product development.Key Responsibilities: Drive the product roadmap and execution for theSearch and Discoveryexperiences on Airtel Xstream Play and IPTV platforms. Work closely withAI/ML, engineering, and design teamsto develop intelligent, personalized search and recommendation features. Define and analyze keyproduct metricsto continuously improve the user experience. RunA/B experimentsto validate hypotheses and drive data-driven decisions. Conduct user research and competitive benchmarking to identify new opportunities. Translate complex problems into clear product requirements and user stories. Collaborate with business and marketing teams to align on growth and engagement strategies.What We’re Looking For: 1–3 yearsof product management or closely related experience in atech or consumer product environment . Apassion for solving user problemswith technology and a curiosity to dig deep into data. Strong understanding or interest inAI/ML-driven productsand how data powers personalization. Experience working withanalytics toolsand SQL to extract and analyze data. Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
