The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full sales lifecycle – from prospecting to closure – while building long-term client relationships and uncovering new business opportunities.Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders at Siemens and customer organizations. Understand client business challenges and align them with Siemens technology solutions to provide measurable value. Own and manage the entire sales cycle, including lead qualification, solution positioning, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure. Collaborate closely with internal teams (presales, marketing, and delivery) to provide tailored solutions to enterprise clients. Drive customer engagement through well-structured proposals, compelling presentations, and strategic dialogues. Monitor sales performance and pipeline metrics; refine approaches to meet or exceed revenue targets. Identify and develop new business opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic partnerships. Stay current on Siemens product offerings, market trends, and competitive landscape.Required Skills & Qualifications: 5–8 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in technology or industrial sectors. Proven track record in managing large accounts and consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas. Hands-on experience selling Siemens products, services, or solutions is highly preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions in business terms. Confident in delivering high-impact presentations and building business cases for enterprise customers. Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions.Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in the enterprise technology consulting space (SAP, Salesforce, etc.) Understanding of industrial automation, IoT, or related Siemens solution areas MBA or relevant sales certifications (advantageous)
