About Position:As a Salesforce Delivery Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Salesforce delivery team to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions to clients. You will be the primary point of contact for clients and will work closely with them to understand their requirements, provide guidance, and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will also be responsible for supporting hiring and growing the cloud footprint of the Business Unit.Role: Delivery Partner - Salesforce Location: Pune Experience: 17-25 Years Job Type: Full timeWhat You'll Do:Lead and manage the Salesforce delivery team, overseeing project managers, developers, and architects specializing in Salesforce delivery, migration. Role involves supporting hiring and training initiatives to enhance the team's capabilities and ensure exceptional service delivery. Work closely with clients to meet their needs and effectively manage their expectations. Engage in delivery governance forums, collaborating with the Sales Team on proposals and strategic initiatives to drive success. Building strong relationships with key client stakeholders. Leading in account mining activities, ensure cloud solutions align with company standards and exceed client expectations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, for problem-solving and decision-making. Guide & work hands-on with the pursuit team for technical solution design, estimation, planning, commercials and proposal presentation. Span of Control: Lead delivery teams of 200 to 250 engineers. Also build and groom next 2 levels of delivery leaders. Portfolio: Lead a high-growth portfolio with annual revenue of USD 15M to USD 20M, a significant portion of which will come from winning new deals. Operational Efficiency: Track & control operational parameters such as utilization, pyramid, margin with attention to detailsExpertise You'll Bring:Candidate must possess around 15 years of progressive experience in Delivery Leadership roles for Software development and Salesforce Management Programs.
