Experience- 5 to 7 Years (preferably from API pharmaceutical manufacturing industry)Qualification- B. Sc/ M.Sc. or equivalent post-graduate degreeRESPONSIBILITIES- Implement and manage HR projects including Learning Management System (LMS) and other corporate-driven initiatives. - Organize, execute, and monitor training programs as per training calendar using internal/external trainers. - Conduct soft skills, behavioral, and SOP trainings. - Maintain accurate training documentation and employee training files as per SOP. - Conduct end-to-end induction programs for new joiners. - Lead and participate in employee engagement activities and cross-functional team initiatives. - Coordinate HR-related activities linked to the Quality Management System (QMS). - Maintain and administer the LMS including course creation, training assignments, tracking, and reporting. - Identify training needs through TNA in coordination with functional heads. - Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory training requirements. - Provide support and problem-solving to line managers and trainers.DESIRED SKILLS- Strong knowledge of LMS platforms, training program coordination, and QMS-HR interfaces. - Excellent communication and facilitation skills. - Proficiency in data analysis and report generation. - Experience in pharma sector HR operations is an added advantage.
