Job Summary: As an HR Business Partner, you will support the execution of core HR programs and contribute to aligning HR practices with business objectives. You will act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing foundational HR guidance and support in areas such as workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, and change initiatives. You will demonstrate analytical thinking, strategic awareness, and a commitment to cultivating a positive and inclusive workplace culture.Responsibilities: Develops a foundational understanding of the organization’s operations, industry context, and HR's role in supporting business outcomes. Supports the alignment of HR activities with business priorities through routine reporting and tracking. Maintains updated talent pipeline data and supports succession tracking for key roles. Provides assistance to managers on employee relations cases, offering advice grounded in policy and compliance. Administers the performance review process and provides process guidance to employees and managers. Supports basic workforce analytics, using HR systems to generate standard reports and insights for decision-making. Assists in workforce planning by compiling demographic and attrition data to inform future hiring needs. Participates in small-scale organizational design changes by preparing materials and supporting coordination. Supports initiatives that promote an inclusive and engaging work environment. Coordinates communication efforts, including drafting and distributing HR updates, policy changes, and process documents. Aids in HR-led change projects by helping facilitate communication and training sessions.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-4 years of HRBP experience, ideally in a plant or manufacturing environment. Hands-on experience with HR Dashboard, data analysis, and workforce planning. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with HRIS tools preferred.
