Job Title:HR Manager Location:Hotel Ramta Continental, Patna, Bihar Department:Human Resources Reports To:General Manager / Managing Director Employment Type:Full-time Salary:Competitive, based on experience Job Summary:Hotel Ramta Continental is hiring a dedicated and experiencedHR Managerto lead the hotel’s Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, training, and shaping a positive workplace culture.
