Position:Channel Partner Sales Manager/Sr. Sales Manager Industry:Real Estate Location:Banjara Hills (initial posting at Gachibowli) Background Preference:Real estate - ultra luxury sales (Candidates with experience of selling residential assets in Banjara hills/ Jubilee hills / Somajiguda ) Please apply only if you have earlier worked in a Real Estate firm.Job Description As a Senior manager in sales, your role will be pivotal in establishing and maintaining client relationships for the purpose of generating maximum revenue from those accounts, by identifying high-value leads, developing strategies for converting those connections into productive and profitable relationships.Responsibilities Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for expansion. Build and lead a high-performing sales team Liaise with internal teams including supply chain, finance, and marketing to ensure timely execution of campaigns and product launches. Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales executives or account managers. Source, engage, and convert high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and ultra-HNIs through direct outreach, referrals, and networking. Manage end-to-end sales for ultra-luxury residential or commercial properties. Conduct site visits, virtual tours, and high-touch client experiences tailored to affluent clientele. Maximize conversion ratios through consultative selling and deep product knowledge. Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular updates to sales leadership. Coordinate with marketing, legal, and CRM teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and documentation. Support launch events, exclusive previews, and client engagement programs. Represent the brand at industry events, luxury expos, and private client meetings with discretion and professionalism.Soft Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets. Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitor activities. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Results-oriented with a track record of driving revenue growth.Skills & Qualifications Education: Graduate in any discipline Experience: 5+ years of work experience in Real estate - ultra luxury sales Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
