Company: IY Easy Meal LLP Location: Surat ( Remote / Hybrid/ On-Site ) Experience: 1–3 Years (experience helpful but not necessary) Job Type: Full-TimeKey Responsibilities:Manage and grow IY Easy Meal social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) Plan, create and post engaging content including reels, stories, and graphics Monitor daily engagement respond to comments, DMs, and mentions Analyze performance metrics and prepare weekly reports Research trends, hashtags, and competitor strategies Coordinate with design and content teams for campaign execution Handle basic design work using tools like Canva or Photoshop Collaborate with influencers or micro-creators for promotionsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Media, or related field 1–3 years of relevant experience in social media management Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn algorithms Creative thinking and good writing skills Basic graphic designing skills (Canva must; Photoshop is a plus) Team player with time management skills
