Track and report on headcount forecasts vs actual HR MIS reporting: Gather, consolidate, and analyze data for the preparation of HR MIS reports. Ensure timely submission of HR department’s monthly presentation to CHRO and leadership. Leave and Attendance Oversight of HR team members:Maintain up-to-date records of HR team members’ leave schedules and absences to provide update to CHRO Approval Coordination for CHRO:Track and follow up on all requests requiring the CHRO’s review and approval ensuring timely processing. Executive Administrative support to CHRO:Manage the CHRO’s Calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetings. Facilitate general administrative activities within HR department to support smooth operationsQualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications is a plus 2 to 5 years of experience in HR administrative or coordination role Prior experience in supporting senior leadership or C-level executives (eg CHRO) is preferred Experience in budget tracking, MIS reporting and HR operations is highly preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
