You will lead editing for a variety of content types, from corporate brand films and ads to social media and web videos. This is a senior-level creative role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can independently manage projects from brief to final delivery.Key Responsibilities Take ownership of the end-to-end video editing process, from raw footage to final output Collaborate with the creative team, directors, and clients to understand project goals Develop engaging narratives using visual storytelling techniques, sound design, and motion graphics Edit a variety of formats (ads, corporate videos, testimonials, reels, YouTube content, etc.) Supervise and guide junior editors, ensuring consistency and quality across deliverables Work closely with the production and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with brand standards and campaign goals Stay updated with the latest editing trends, tools, and techniquesRequirements 3+ years of professional experience in video editing Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools Strong storytelling, pacing, and sound design sensibility Experience with motion graphics and visual effects is a strong plus Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong portfolio showcasing a range of editing styles and formatsWhy Join Brego Business?
