You’ll lead copy across multiple brands, partnering with visual creatives and strategists to bring campaigns to life through powerful storytelling and content that drives action. This role is ideal for someone who has led digital-first campaigns across platforms (Instagram-Facebook primarily) and has the ability to switch between performance-driven copy and brand-led storytelling with ease.Key Responsibilities Own thecreative copy directionacross key brands and digital campaigns. Conceptualize and execute digital-first campaigns includingvideo scripts, static copy, carousel content, ad headlines, social media posts, banners,and more. Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development ofbrand ideas ,creative strategies , andintegrated campaign narratives . Collaborate with designers, art directors, and account managers to ensure copy and visuals are aligned with the brand’s voice and campaign objectives. Understand platform nuances and write content optimized for Meta, YouTube, Google Display, and emerging digital formats. Present ideas internally and externally with clarity and confidence. Mentor and review the work of junior copywriters and guide them on creative standards. Stay up-to-date with digital trends, platform algorithms, and content performance metrics.Skills & Qualifications 3–4 years of experience indigital copywriting , preferably within anadvertising or creative agency . A portfolio showcasingcampaign thinking, sharp headlines, performance-driven content, and platform-specific writing . Ability to simplify complex ideas into compelling messages. Excellent command of English, with a flair for both creative and concise writing. Experience working with brands inbeauty, fashion, lifestyle, FMCG, or techis a plus. Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
