Primary task will be to develop and maintain BI solutions that convert business data into actionable insights.Who we are looking for:Responsibilities & Accountabilities:- The role expects the resource to perform the following functions: - Develop and design reports and dashboards using Power BI Desktop, Power BI Services, and Power BI Report Builder. - Write and optimize DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) in Power BI Desktop. - Utilize Power Query and Power Pivot for data transformation and modeling. - Perform data validation, data modeling, and data transformation tasks. - Write complex SQL queries, including joins and views, to support data analysis and reporting. - Implement Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure data security. - Create rich visualizations such as line charts, pie charts, slicers, bar charts, tables, matrices, and cards. - Document dashboard requirements and perform testing at the report level. - Develop training programs and materials to educate users on the effective use of tools, enhancing adoption and productivity. - Partner with stakeholders in EPP departments to understand their needs and ensure the PowerBI supports their objectives. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates on PowerBI performance, benefits, and return on investment.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certifications in Computer/Business/Data Science/Engineering/Math. - 3+ years’ experience in data reporting and dashboard development. - Deep skills in at least one data visualization/reporting tool (e.g. PowerBI). - Understanding of how to use Power Automate or other automation tools. - Experience in integration with data sources such as REST or databases.Preferred Qualifications- Strong understanding of industry-standard tools, software solutions, and technology trends. - Experience in stakeholder management, change management, and driving cross-functional collaboration. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams at all levels of the organization.Work location: Hyderabad, IndiaWork pattern: Full time role.Work mode: Hybrid.Additional Information:McDonald’s is committed to providing qualified individuals with disabilities with reasonable accommodations to perform the essential functions of their jobs.
