Job Title

This position will support Global Projects Team, having responsibilities more on Project Engineering side as follows:Monitoring progress of ongoing orders and ensuring the timelines are met. Coordinating with Project Engineering and Project Managers to relay on time delivery updates to customers. Reviewing customer complaints, coordinating with Quality Team and handling Guarantee Orders. Act as back up to Projects Team as and when needed and support project administration and documentation activities.Education: Diploma/Degree in EngineeringExposure: Experience using CAD software such as Solid works, Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook & ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics); working with a global Sofis team and customers spread globally.
