We also have also launched homecare services.Job Objective : As Manager/ Sr. Manager - HR Compliances, the incumbent shall be responsible to ensure the organization’s integrity is upheld. He/ She must design and implement an effective statutory compliances process across the group that facilitates adherence of all laid standards, applicable laws and ultimately ensures compliance on all HR statutory compliances. Collaborate effectively with all stakeholders (corporate & all units/businesses) to have full overview of all general labor law and compliance practices across the group. Act as an expert to guide all relevant stakeholders and help adapt best practices in HR Compliances Act as an expert to guide all relevant stakeholders and help adapt best practices on matters pertaining to Employee Relations.Job Responsibilities :Strategic Responsibilities: Act as a knowledge powerhouse of this subject, guide management on various actions and also educate teams on compliance matters To implement policy & systems that ensure legal compliance to all provisions like statutory compliances, matters of contractual manpower, industrial & labor relations etc. Periodically revisit set policies & processes to identify any hidden risk or non-conformance Stay updated on all developments at center/state level that proposes any change in routine operations. Conduct thorough study/research of the change and propose thought through implementation plan Develop & oversee controls to prevent or deal with violations of guidelines and policies Set periodicity to effectively review all processes, conduct gap analysis, report any severity, share feedback Conduct thorough and confidential employee relations investigations, including allegations of misconduct, policy violations, and workplace grievances. Monitor trends and patterns from investigation data to identify risk areas and recommend policy or training improvements2.Operational Responsibilities Closely work with relevant stakeholders in Finance, Legal, Compliance for effective execution of required tasks Manage external & internal audits & inspections, submit findings, share key learnings and process improvisation plan Liaisons with Statutory Bodies like PF & ESI, Inspector of Factories, Labor Department, Banks, Insurance Authorities and ensure compliance under various labor laws such as PF, minimum wages, employment exchanges etc. Ensure preparation & submission of statutory returns under various platforms Effective relationship management with all contractual manpower vendors Any other duties assigned by the reporting authority.Work Location : Gurgaon Work Days : 6 days from office
