In addition to Pilani, BITS Pilani has campuses in Dubai, Goa, and Hyderabad.Job Purpose The role is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations including HRMIS maintenance, reporting, recruitment coordination and implementation of HR policies and processes across the Institute. The incumbent will ensure smooth execution of HR activities in alignment with institutional guidelines and assist in driving consistency across campuses.Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities Assist in the implementation of HR policies, initiatives, and programs across campuses, ensuring consistency and adherence to standards. Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities Maintain and update HRMIS and dashboards; generate periodic reports and highlight discrepancies. Support in tracking key HR metrics such as headcount, attrition, hiring status, and performance review timelines. Assist in the administration of employee life cycle activities including confirmation, transfers, leaves, and separations. Help conduct internal HR process audits and follow-up on corrective actions. Facilitate the consistent communication of HR guidelines and processes across the Institute. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for recruitment, background checks, or training delivery as needed. Assist in the development and testing of new ERP modules or automation tools for HR functions.Qualification and Personal Profile Bachelor’s degree required; Postgraduate qualification in HR or related field preferred. 4-6 years of relevant experience in HR operations, preferably in a multi-location or institutional environment.
