We have an opportunity forOperations ManageratThanelocation with INVOICEMART - A.Treds.A.TREDS Limited (a subsidiary of Axis Bank)is a national level online platform whichfacilitates financing of receivables of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) from buyers through financiersvia a bidding model .TReDS is in the business of registration of entities, uploading, accepting, discounting and settlement of invoices by way of Factoring / Reverse Factoring and also provide such other services as permitted by the RBI from time-to-time.“Invoicemart” is the brand name under which A.TREDS Ltd manages and operates the online receivable discounting platform (B2B market place) for facilitating the short-term financial transactions in a smooth and efficient manner among the financers, buyers and sellers.Roles and Responsibilities: To manage the Daily Settlement Process for the platform and monitor it end to end Ensure effective and prompt communication with all stakeholders incl external service provider, customers etc Coordinate with internal and external Tech Support team to proactively solve issues for timely submissions Ensure settlement process is dynamic in-line the evolving growth in business /demands from external customers Identify, scope and work with the product team to adopt digital enablers required to further strengthen the process Manage the NACH mandate registration process for customers and ensure best in class TAT for NACH activation Provide update, regular and timely MIS to internal stakeholders Manage both internal and external audit related to this process Ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies related to the processExperience Required Experience of working in Payment Operations team of Fintech/Payment Platforms/Banks/NBFCs/Supply chain platform Knowledge and experience in payment industry would be given weightage Working knowledge of KYC, Lending and Supply Chain Ops is required Experience working on NPCI settlement systems will be a plusSkills RequiredTechnical proficiency in payment operations Effective Communication Skills Problem solving abilities Confidence to work independently and collaborate with all stakeholders Ready to work with a cross functional team and be solution driven Seniority Level Mid-Senior level Industry Financial Services Banking Investment Banking Employment Type Full-time Job Functions Other Skills Ops Lending KYC Verification.Please share your resume with us prajakta.abhyankar@
