Job Title: Digital Marketing MentorJob Type: Full-TimeLocation: Indore (On-site)Experience Required: 7+ YearsJob DescriptionWe are seeking a highly experienced Digital Marketing Mentor to join our team on a full-time basis at our Indore location.Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive digital marketing training and mentorship to students, covering topics including SEO, paid advertising, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and web analytics. - Provide constructive feedback and career guidance to mentees, supporting their professional development and job readiness. - Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure training content remains relevant and effective. - Collaborate with internal teams to enhance curriculum and training effectiveness. - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote the company’s brand and services. - Manage company digital marketing channels, including SEO optimization, content marketing, social media campaigns, and paid advertising. - Track and analyse marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies to maximize results.Qualifications- Minimum of 7 years of practical experience in digital marketing roles. - Proven ability to manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes. - Experience mentoring or training individuals in digital marketing. - Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics platforms. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts. - Willingness to work full-time on-site in Indore. - Educational background in Marketing, Business, or related fields preferred. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint) are a plus.Additional Information- This position is a legitimate, full-time employment opportunity. - The role requires physical presence at our Indore office. - Compensation and benefits will be in line with industry standards and experience level.
