Unitedworld Institute of Design is affiliated to Karnavati university and is based in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India. We have various disciplines which are taught like Industrial design, Fashion design, Interior design, Interaction design, Communication design, Animation and Automobile design. Our Interior design dept. is growing rapidly with each passing year and we are looking for someone in a leadership authority. The designation which we are offering is Dean- Interior design. The Deanship position would basically encompass overseeing the entire Interior design dept. and helping it function smoothly. The Dean would be the reporting authority for all faculties in the dept. We are looking for a Dean for out Interior design dept. who would be focused on Academics and Administrative duties, both. Academic duties would involve curriculum development and making changes in par with the ever-dynamic design environment. A teaching load would be given and the Dean shall be expected to take lectures and impart students the technical know-how and knowledge both using theoretical methods and practical aspects. Administrative duties would involve administering the entire Interior design department and dealing with NAAC work. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Please note that candidates with the highest qualification of a Masters/PhD. degree are eligible. Academic experience is a must. Educational background in Interior design/ Interior architecture is mandatory.
