You will: Design and execute the internal hiring roadmapacross all levels (recruiters, account managers, vertical heads, client partners, etc.) Define the brand narrativefor why top talent should join us (EVP creation and storytelling) Create smart filtering mechanisms= assessments, case studies, async evaluations = to reduce interview fatigue and raise quality Build high-impact job descriptionsthat reflect our values and ambitions = not cookie-cutter templates Partner directly with the founderto forecast talent needs and define role charters Track, measure, and optimize the hiring funnel- from application to offer to onboarding Explore alternative incentive models- performance-based, vertical ownership, profit share, etc. Ownonboarding and integration journeysto ensure new hires hit the ground runningThis Role is Not for You If You...
