Research what sort of candidate is required. Search relevant profiles through provided tools (In-house Al Software, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster etc.). Communicate the job description and terms of employment to the candidates and screen them. Coordinate with clients/our sales team and schedule interviews & meetings between the Hiring Manager (client) & the candidates. Communicating the interview results to the candidates and extending job offers. Help the operations team in onboarding candidates. Maintain good rapport with the candidates.Required skills: Communication: You write and speak charmingly. Negotiation: You are a pro at bargaining while shopping. Proactive: You pre-plan what to wear, even to small events. Computer Proficiency: You make your projects on MS Office and PowerPoint rather than downloading all the time from SlideShare.
