Our mission is to make mechanisation affordable & accessible to millions of Small Businesses in India.We are looking for a Business Development Executive for our Durgapur office.Here's a breakdown of their key responsibilities and the key skills we are looking for in the candidate.Strategic Planning:Develop and execute long-term category strategies within the category.Partner & onboard all the leading brands and suppliers for this category.Product Lifecycle Management:Identify and introduce new products related to the category to meet market demands.Manage product assortment, pricing, and promotions.Supplier Management:Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers.Negotiate contracts and ensure optimal pricing and delivery terms.Monitor supplier performance and address any issues.Data Analysis and Reporting:Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Prepare regular reports for senior managers.Customer Focus:Understand customer needs and preferences.Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality products and services.Key Skills:Strong analytical and strategic thinking skillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsData analysis and interpretation skillsProject management and organizational skillsExperience- 2+ yearsCTC- Upto 5lpa (also not a constraint for the right candidate)Note- Candidates from Durgapur and nearby locations will be considered first
