At Schbang, creativity meets business impact — and we're always looking for driven talent ready to make an impact.Role OverviewWe are seeking a strategic and experienced Brand Solutions Lead with a strong background in digital brand strategy and campaign planning. The ideal candidate must come with experience at an advertising or creative agency, having worked with premium brands across beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors. You should have led multi-functional teams and delivered digital-first, insight-led campaigns that are both creatively compelling and commercially effective.Key Responsibilities- Lead brand strategy and solutions for assigned accounts from brief to execution, ensuring alignment with client goals and agency standards. - Act as the primary liaison with clients, understanding briefs and owning campaign delivery. - Collaborate with internal teams – especially creative copywriters, designers, and brand strategists – to craft high-impact brand experiences. - Regularly evaluate performance through reporting, identify learnings, and improve strategy based on insights. - Build, manage, and mentor a team of brand solutions/account executives. - Implement effective internal workflows to improve turnaround and creative output. - Train and coach junior team members, while identifying and nurturing high-potential talent. - Leverage data and analytics to guide campaign decisions. - Identify upsell opportunities and help grow client relationships organically. - Stay ahead of digital and category trends, sharing actionable insights with teams and clients.Skills & Qualifications- Minimum 4 years of experience in Brand Solutions/Client Servicing roles within an Advertising or Creative Agency environment is a must. - Proven ability to manage digital brand campaigns end-to-end. - Prior experience working with Fashion, Beauty, Lifestyle, or Luxury brands. - Strong team management and leadership skills. - Excellent communication, time management, and client servicing skills. - Data-savvy with experience in using tools like Google Analytics or other marketing analytics platforms. - Analytical mindset with an eye for creative excellence and detail.
