- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Engage with both large and small industries to introduce and promote KSL Cleantech’s solar energy solutions.- Sales Follow-ups: Manage sales pipelines, follow up with leads, close deals, and ensure client satisfaction.- Field Marketing: Lead site visits, presentations, and industry events to drive the adoption of solar solutions.- Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.Qualifications- Education: Engineering background (preferably in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical).- Experience: 1–4 years in sales, business development, or marketing, ideally in the solar or industrial sectors.- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.- Other Requirements: Willingness to travel within the region and proficiency in Microsoft Office/CRM tools.
