Take the lead in growing our footprint in the Oil, Gas, Refinery & Chemical sectors by driving sales of high-value, compliance-driven services such as:- Third-Party Inspections (TPI) - Safety Audits - Certifications - Process Safety Assessments - Quality Assurance & Compliance ServicesKey Responsibilities- Drive service sales to meet ₹5–7 Cr annual revenue targets. - Build and maintain strong client relationships in both public and private sectors. - Promote TÜV SÜD's core services including TPI, safety audits, certifications, and process safety. - Generate quality leads and convert them into long-term contracts. - Manage empanelment and registration processes with key clients and industry bodies. - Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored, standards-compliant proposals. - Provide exceptional post-sales support and foster repeat business. - Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and client needs.Requirements- Experience: 5–10 years in B2B service sales or business development in Oil, Gas, Refinery, or Chemical sectors. - Industry Know-How: In-depth understanding of TPI, NDT, safety audits, certifications, and process safety. - Sales Success: Proven record in generating leads, closing deals, and managing large accounts. - Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Strategic Planning: Ability to create and implement targeted sales strategies.Education- B.E./B.Tech or M.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (mandatory)
