Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Head - Travel Sales & Operations to lead and expand our regional travel business in the north. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing operational efficiency, building strategic partnerships, and leading a high-performing team acrossDelhi NCR .Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: Drive regional sales targets through B2E travel products (flights, hotels, holiday packages, etc.). Develop and implement effective regional sales strategies to grow market share and profitability. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including corporate and Leisure travel segments. Lead key account management and build long-term client relationships. Team Management: Lead, coach, and develop sales and operations teams across the region. Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and implement performance improvement plans where necessary. Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and customer-centricity. Financial Management: Prepare and manage regional budgets, forecasts, and P&L statements along with team Control operational costs Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.
