Job Description: ● Will report to the Team Leader● Supervise a micro-group of sales associates focused on a specific product category (e.g., 2BHK or 3BHK units). Roles & Responsibilities: ● Assign leads based on product type and client profile. ● Track follow-up status and team task completion. ● Relay updates from the Sales Manager to the group. ● Help during peak periods like events, expos, or festivals.● Support training of new recruits. Eligibility Criteria: ● Graduate in any subject from a recognised University ● MBA in Sales/Marketing or Real Estate Management preferred. ● About 2 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably with premium or luxury segment projects. ● Proven experience in leading sales teams and handling project-based sales targets. ● Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
