Job Title

Key Responsibilities:Provide support and maintenance for Dell VXRail environments.Manage and troubleshoot VMware infrastructure.Perform basic storage management tasks, including provisioning, monitoring, and maintenance.Implement and manage clustering solutions to ensure high availability and reliability.Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.Assist in the planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations.Qualifications:Proven experience with Dell VXRail and VMware.Strong understanding of storage management principles and practices.Experience with clustering technologies and high availability solutions.Proficiency in Windows and Linux technologies.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Relevant certifications (e.g., VMware Certified Professional) are a plus.Preferred Skills:Familiarity with other virtualization technologies.Experience with network configuration and management.Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions.Ability to script and automate tasks using PowerShell or other scripting languages.
