Job Summary:Elegant Enterprise-Wide Solutions, Inc. is looking for a high-performing Client Development Leader tolead our efforts in acquiring Direct Commercial Clients and developing partnerships with MSP/VMSprograms. This is a high-impact role focused on bringing in new business opportunities by leveragingyour network and experience in US IT staffing.Key Responsibilities: Identify and secure direct client relationships with mid-to-large commercial enterprises (e.g.,LyondellBasell, Sprint, Verizon, and many more like these). Build strong alliances with MSPs and VMS providers to position Elegant as a preferred vendor. Lead the end-to-end business development cycle including prospecting, client presentations,RFP responses, negotiations, and contract closures. Develop a sustainable pipeline of qualified leads and strategic opportunities. Partner with internal delivery and recruitment teams to align client expectations with staffingcapabilities. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and account retention. Achieve and exceed quarterly/annual revenue and client acquisition targets.Required Qualifications: Minimum 5 to 8 years of business development or client acquisition experience in the US ITStaffing industry. Demonstrated success in onboarding direct commercial clients (without layers) and/or enteringMSP/VMS programs. Strong professional network with decision-makers in IT hiring across commercial enterprises andMSPs. In-depth knowledge of VMS platforms (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline, IQNavigator, Magnit) is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to work independently and deliver measurable business results. Strong understanding of staffing KPIs, contract structures, and compliance requirements in theUS market.Location:Remote / Hybrid (Preferred: Candidates with a strong network in the US commercial sector)Compensation:Competitive Base Salary + Performance-Based Incentives + Benefits
