About the role:A2D Tech is hiring a self-driven DTP Coordinator (for US CST timezone) to ensure that a client account runs smoothly and grows every quarter. He/she would be responsible for client and team communication, Quote/Estimation, Project Tracking, Reporting, and leading the team of Desktop Publishing Specialists. You will work directly under the Co-Founders.What you will be doing:Communicate:Communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure alignment. Communication:Provide clear communication regarding design adjustments, limitations, and timelines with internal teams and clients. Coordinate resources:Coordinate resources and activities to meet project deliverables. Create and manage schedules:Create and maintain project schedules, manage deadlines. Delegate tasks:Delegate tasks to appropriate team members Identify risks:Identify and address potential project risks and issues. Monitor progress:Track project progress and report it to the stakeholders. Project Quotation and Bid : Ensuring to provide quotations and bids for projects received from clients Quality Assurance:Conduct detailed QA checks to ensure the final output is free of errors, adheres to client guidelines, and meets industry standards. Software Utilization:Use DTP tools such as Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, FrameMaker, QuarkXPress, or other desktop publishing software to produce high-quality localized documents. Technical Proficiency:Understanding of files for translation by extracting and formatting content in required formats, including InDesign, Illustrator, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and others. Version Control:Maintain organized records of multiple versions of the same document to ensure accuracy in project delivery.What you will need: 3+ years of experience in desktop publishing, preferably in an LSP or localization environment.Strong proficiency in InDesign is essential.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
