We add value at every stage from consulting, sales, marketing, channel development, implementation to support and training.About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Processing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth sales operations and procurement processes across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of relevant experience working with IT Distributor & System Integrator. Must have excellent communication skills, and a strong grasp of order processing, logistics, and vendor coordination.Key Responsibilities:Sales Operations:Process and manage purchase orders accurately in the system.Handle order fulfillment, including customer registration, payment collection follow-ups, and pickup coordination.Ensure timely invoicing and update customers on delivery status.Follow up proactively with customers, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.Regularly review pending orders and coordinate with the sales team for conversion and closure.Procurement & Logistics:Place purchase orders with vendors and ensure order accuracy.Follow up with vendors for timely collection and updates.Communicate accurate ETA to customers and internal teams.Oversee inventory management and stock forecasting.Generate POS reports and manage the RMA process for all brands.Required Skills & Qualifications:2–3 years of experience in sales order processing, procurement, and logistics.Strong understanding of SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) systems and practices.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.Accurate and timely data entry capabilities.Experience collaborating with suppliers and resolving order-related issues.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Experience with ERP systems (Orion preferred, not mandatory).Apply Now: If you meet the above criteria and are looking for your next career challenge, please send your resume to:
