Their focus is on equipping the workforce with relevant skills, enhancing employability, and contributing to the overall socio-economic growth by bridging the gap between industry demands and skilled manpower.About the Role: The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring compliance with local financial regulations, managing budgets, financial reporting, and driving financial strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and experience in financial management.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Ensure compliance with Indian tax regulations, Companies Act, financial reporting standards (Ind AS), and corporate policies.Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost optimization.Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment activities.Prepare financial statements, management reports, and board presentations.Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities such as the Income Tax Department, GST authorities, and the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).Implement internal controls and risk management processes to safeguard company assets.Support decision-making by providing insights and financial recommendations to senior management.Drive automation and process improvements within the finance function.Qualification and Experience Required:Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance.Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), IFRS, and financial regulations.Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and analysis.Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of direct and indirect taxation laws, corporate finance, and SEBI regulations.Exposure to M&A, fundraising, or financial restructuring.
